Hello. Some of my customers are having issues with the email link. Looks like it creates a token but sometimes that link creates a 503 error. I’ve notices the email link (token) created in the WP dashboard (by order) is different than the actual email token. See below –

    WP Dashboard Cart Link –

    /checkout/?wcf_ac_token=d2NmX3Nlc3Npb25faWQ9ZjEwYzZiZmQ0M2MzZmJjZGY1YjcyYWEzOTI5ZjFjYTY%3D

    Email Cart Link –

    /checkout/?wcf_ac_token=d2NmX3Nlc3Npb25faWQ9ZjEwYzZiZmQ0M2MzZmJjZGY1YjcyYWEzOTI5ZjFjYTYmd2NmX3ByZXZpZXdfZW1haWw9MA%3D%3D

Second, our emails show {site_url} in the footer. I don’t see a setting to edit the site URL as I assume this shortcode should grab the site URL from WooCommerce?

    Hello @joesmith7777,

    Thank you for reaching out!

It appears that the recovery link shortcode might not be set up correctly in the email template. To resolve this, please try removing the existing recovery link from the email template, re-adding it, and then test the functionality again to ensure the correct link is generated.

Regarding the site URL, you can use the shortcode {{site.url}} to display it in the footer. Please add this shortcode in the email template footer and check to see if it displays the URL correctly.

Let me know how it goes, and feel free to reach out if you need further assistance!
