    Hello,
    I created a new Survey and I had 4 types of confirmation emails: success -> to admin and user, fail -> to admin and user.
    Today I wanted to change admin’s email and suddenly it stopped working. So I changed it back. Not working.
    After several attempts 3 out of 4 are working now, with the old email address.
    But the one for the user and for an admin has literally the same condition. I don’t get why one is send and the other one is not.
    Any ideas, please?

    Welcome to QSM Support. Hope you are doing well.

    If you are getting the emails with old email address, I suggest you keep that as the admin’s email. Sometimes WordPress works with the email id used for registering with the website.
