1. If your confirmation mode is set to “Confirmation upon payment, emails will be sent only if the booking has the “Confirmed” status. With other confirmation modes the booking does not have to be confirmed for the emails to be sent.
2. Check your spam folders. Depending on your mail domain settings and spam filters the emails may arrive into spam or promo boxes.
3. If the emails are nowhere to be found, try using admin and customer emails with common domains like @gmail.com. Uncommon domains like [email protected] often have too strict spam filters that may reject email notifications entirely.
4. If common domains do not work either, the mail function may not work properly on your server. In this case we would recommend setting up SMTP using one of the plugins, e.g. this one.
