    My customers are getting confirmation email after registration but when they click on the activation link, they redirected to the register page again and then nothing happens. I mean, my customers are not able to activate their email.

    Hi @harshitmediatrenz,

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings -> General Settings -> and send a screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?
    3. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings -> Private Website -> and send a screenshot from there (please make sure all the settings from that page can be seen)?

    Note: You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    I just want to add that I have the same issue.

    In my case, users are redirected to the front page since that’s the page I set in the email confirmation setting. But the user still cannot log in with the error message that their account is not activated.

    Hi @harshitmediatrenz,

    I want to mention that I tested this on a fresh WP Instance and the Email Confirmation functionality worked correctly. To check why this happens in your case:

    Please go to Profile Builder -> Settings -> General Settings -> and in the “Email Confirmation Page” setting please choose a page where to redirect the users once they click on the confirmation link. Please make sure this page doesn’t have some kind of restrictions set on it. After this do another test and check if you still encounter this issue.

    In case you still encounter this issue, then please go to Profile Builder -> Settings -> Email Customizer -> User Emails -> and from there send a screenshot where the “Registration with Email Confirmation” email template can be seen.
