Email confirmation and admin approval

    I will like to have both email confirmation method and admin approval method enabled at the same time, this means that even if the user did not confirm email the admin can also approve the user from backend, this two options working at the same time is very important.

    2. there should also be a resend activation link on frontend or from admin end

    3. ability to set endpoints menu as either vertical or horizontal menu in the my account

    4. ability to mark a particular field or fields read only after the user have submitted or after the first saved data, only admin can edit the field
