I updated jigoshop to 1.13.1 today.

My email confirmations are not working, the order populates on the system fine.

Also reviews are no longer submitting, the popup disappears But does not populate on the system.

I still receive emails from my contact form.

    My Theme is origin.

    Thanks

It was your updated emails notification (Jigoshop/emails) which stopped the original setup from working! (was blank)

So now I have two places on the settings/general page to put the email address, is that right? looks like the original (General Options) needs removing as it never saves any changes unless the changes are done at (Email Details).

At the ‘Email Details’ part of the page you have to hit generate, to apparently generate templates for each response type you have! (Required Once maybe a good hint to start things off)

Nice feature I’m sure, and now that I’ve found out about it I will look at it and play. You could do with bringing it to the attention of the user that its required to complete the setup of Jigoshop, from a user updating from a previous version, it broke the communication of sales. without it you will get no notifications.

All working now, Thanks for the help!

I am using WordPress 4.0.1 and Jigoshop 1.13.2 and I don’t see an Email Details portion for generating templates. I also don’t see a way to create an auto generated email when someone orders.

I second the fact that you need to tell users that they need to set up email templates in order for users to receive emails. This could really mess people up and requires store owners to shut down the store for a while for an upgrade.

I found the Email Details button – on the General Tab!
May I suggest putting it in the Emails section where one would need its use?

It looks like auto-generated emails can be created by using the Order Pending to On Hold option. This makes little sense to me, but at least I have found something that works.
