• Appointment confirmations are not being sent to users. Send email to worker and user are both still selected, however the error log shows:

    You must provide at least one recipient email address
    Missing To header

    Has anyone else experienced this?

  • I am also not getting email notifications for User or Worker…? Any idea what might be causing this.
    The appointment is going through and appearing in the Appointments area, but no emails???

    I found my issue. The wording on the 5. Settings | Custom Form Fields page states – To use using the email notification for user there must be field named “email” or “e-mail” or field with type “email”. I had a field labelled “Parent’s Email” with a slug value of “parents_email”. I changed the slug to just “email” (keeping the label “Parent’s Email” and the emails began flowing to the “user”. In 6. Tools there is an error log on that page may help you troubleshoot as well. Hope this helps!
