Email confirmation not receiving in email

    Dear Support,

    Thank you for beautiful event system. But I am unable to receive any confirmation email about the ticket book ore registeration. I need the QR code and ticket detail also sent to the buyer’s email. But nothing happening here.
    Please guide me it’s urgent and reply me asap.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    QR codes are actually a feature of our premium plugin, Event Tickets Plus. Is that what you need help with? If so please do post on that forum as www.ads-software.com rules prohibit us from providing support for premium plugins here.

    If I’m misunderstanding, though, and you are only using Event Tickets (without any of our premium plugins), please don’t hesitate to let me know!

    Hello Barry,

    Thank you for your replied. But I am wondering about the QR code and Ticket type like Silver, VIP or anything which has limit for each ticket type?
    Like Silver has 30 seats and VIP has 25 seats.
    So is that possible to create the events?
    Another question, is there any way to aadd seating chart or seating number by any custom values?
    I am really interested to buy that plugin if these features are included in premium plugin.

    Hi Panjak,

    Event Tickets Plus does not provide seating charts or seating numbers at present.

    Like Silver has 30 seats and VIP has 25 seats.
    So is that possible to create the events?

    Absolutely – you can create multiple tickets with different stock levels (and they can even share the same stock) ??
