Email confirmation not receiving in email

Dear Support,
Thank you for beautiful event system. But I am unable to receive any confirmation email about the ticket book ore registeration. I need the QR code and ticket detail also sent to the buyer’s email. But nothing happening here.
Please guide me it’s urgent and reply me asap.Thanks in advance
