Email confirmation not working

    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.5.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: SendGrid
    The from address does not match a verified Sender Identity. Mail cannot be sent until this error is resolved. Visit https://sendgrid.com/docs/for-developers/sending-email/sender-identity/ to see the Sender Identity requirements – from;
    Consider running an email test after fixing it.

    But when I login to Sendgrid, it shows the email as being verified. So not sure how to fix this.

    Thanks for reaching out. It looks like the sender (From Email) of confirmation email is not verified with Sendgrid. Please check the ‘Force From Email’ option within WP Mail SMTP settings to make sure all the emails are sent from the verified sender. The From Email should be specific to your domain verified with Sendgrid.
