Email confirmation not working

    Hi there,

    Everything is working fine, however the clients are not receiving the email confirmation. I have installed a email log to check if wp sends out the email, but it shows an error: could not initiate mail function.

    How can I solve this.

    Hi,

    According to that error message you may need to install a SMTP plugin for sending the email through an external SMTP server instead the default “mail” function.

    Hi,

    Any SMTP plugin should work fine. The booking plugin will uses the settings specified into the WordPress website to deliver the emails, so it will use the installed SMTP plugin automatically. Just be sure to properly setup the selected SMTP plugin.
