• The confirmation email goes to the site admin okay.

    Email isn’t going to the new user.

    I thought, at first, this was because I was using the @mailinator service for testing, but I’ve now checked it with a ‘real’ email address, and the new user doesn’t get the email.

    Can’t show site at present as it’s behind cPanel security.

    I’ve searched, but can’t find anything which describes the same problem.

    I may have the answer … there may have been a conflict in Simple:Press where it was set to: “Use the Simple:Press new user email version”

    Don’t know why this should cause an issue. Any ideas on that?
