I installed the Advanced Local Pickup for WooCommerce plugin for my website.

However when editing the content of my emails it doesnt allow for <br> code in the text so all the content in my emails is contained in one paragraph without <br>’s making my emails look really bad.

I would like my emails to look like this…

We’ll start processing your order and let you know when it’s ready for pickup.
    <br><br>
Keep an eye on your inbox. You’ll be hearing from us soon.
    <br><br>
    Thanks again,
    <br><br>

Hi @zorem wel thank you, did not yet test update about error, but what about html support in email seems like that doesn’t work at least not for me.

    Thx

Thank you for the bug fix update! Like @asari74 I’m afraid I still can’t get HTML tags in the email customizer to work.

HI @zorem! Do you have any update on this? It’s still not possible to add any HTML, such as line breaks into the email customizer, as they are removed on save.

    Hi @asari74,
We will release it at end of the next week.
    Thanks ??

    Hello,

@zorem This thread is still from 3 months ago and you still can’t insert HTML in the emails.

For example, if I insert a <br>, nothing changes live in the customizer and as soon as I save the template, all HTML tags disappear. It should at least be possible to insert blank lines. Why hasn’t this problem been solved yet?

I hope this gets fixed as soon as possible because our pick-up mails look terrible right now.

    Thank you
    Anil

    Hi @zorem

I’m afraid I still can’t use html tags in the email customizer – do you have an update on when this will be fixed?

Thanks @zorem for the reply! I can see another update was released yesterday but I still can’t use HTML tags in the customizer. Can you confirm when this particular fix will be released? Thanks in advance!

OK thanks @kuldipzorem! So can you advise on when the fix will be released?
