Email copy not working

Hi,

If the notification email to the admin is being received but not the email copy to the user that filled the form and you downloaded the plugin between August 24 and August 30, 2013, please re-download it again.

If that isn’t the case please clarify if at least the notification email to the admin is being received or if no email is received at all.

How do I re-download it again? Do you mean re-download the free version when I need to download the paid version? There is no provision for user accounts on your website…?

The admin receives the email but the user doesn’t…
