Email creator of record when edited

You’ll need to write a simple custom plugin to do this. There is a hook that is fired when a record is updated (either on the frontend or the admin) that includes the updated data. ‘pdb-after_submit_update’

You’ll need to define your email template, then when the hook is triggered, the email can be sent. Take a look at this article, which explains how to use the plugins Template Email class to easily send an email:

I wondered if I wanted someone who was editing from the front end to receive the email what would I modify as when I remove the part about admin no email is sent.
