Email Credentials Not Sending (also not in junk)

    Users get registered in the WordPress Backend after Registration but do not get an email (also not. in junk mail). Also WP Mail Smtp is successfully installed and sends out emails that get received. What can I try? Thx!

    Hi @tobeyonekenobi,

    If you register your users from the WordPress Backend (Dashboard -> Users -> Add New User), then it’s intended for the Profile Builder Emails to not be sent. Our Emails (Profile Builder -> Settings -> Email Customizer) are sent only when the users are registered through our forms, for example, through the Profile Builder Registration form.

    Note: With Profile Builder, you can also register your users as an Administrator, by going to the front-end page where you have the PB Registration form and adding them from there (you can read more about this here). This way the user will receive the Profile Builder Emails.
