Email customer for partial shipped?

    Hi,

    If the order is partial shipped, is there any email will send to customer for the order update? thanks

    Hi, yes but you have to manually trigger the email using “Order actions” on edit order page.

    except manually trigger using “Order actions” on edit order page, can it auto email the partial shipment to customer after the order status changed to “Partial Shipped”?

    Second that, how can we illicit an automated notification when the order status is partially shipped?
