Email Customizer doesn’t work

    Hi,
    Thanks for reaching out! I haven’t heard of others experiencing this. Have you tried reaching out to your theme support to see if the theme is conflicting? I suggest starting there. Let me know how they respond.

    Hi, thank you for your response.

    3 topics before mine there is another user reporting the exact same issue.

    My theme is Hello elementor (a very basic theme) and untill recently all worked fine.

    Have you checked for conflicts with recent wordpress updates or elementor?

    Hi, I can’t recreate this, I tested with the Hello theme and I tested with elementor, and everything worked. Have you tried deactivating plugins? Are you running any custom scripts on your site, and if so, have you tried deactivating them?
