Email “Database changes detected” (user_nicename)

  • Hi, sometimes I receive the email indicated in the subject and the data that changes is “user_nicename” with the addition of the text “-2” each time. Now for example I have an admin with user_nicename “admin-2-2-2-2”. It is a site with WooCommerce and WPML.

    I think it’s related to WooCommerce purchases or the client session reset action in WooCommerce tools

    I tried the script suggested in this thread (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/database-changes-detected/) and see the same information as the email

    If the user_nicename changed, then you will receive an alert.
    But I just checked Woocommerce and cannot find anything that would explain the modification of the user_nicename. Maybe WPML?
