Email de confirmación no se envía tras cualquier error (y luego pago exitoso)

Si durante el proceso de compra ocurre cualquier tipo de error (como un typo en la tarjeta) y luego la operación termina de manera exitosa (pago aceptado) el email de confirmación no se envía al cliente.
Example A:
1. User add a product to cart.
2. User go to check out and pay with credit card. no errors.
3. Confirmation email is sent. OK!Example B:
1. User add a product to cart.
2. User go to check out and try to pay with credit card. Make a typo.
4. User re-enter his credit card number and payment is acepted.
