    Hello,

    Newsletters do not reach recipients

    I checked the “System Status” tab of the plugin and it gives me the following information:

    CRON: last observed error – SendingQueue: sending has been paused.
    DELIVERY QUEUE: Error: MailPoet’s delivery service was temporarily suspended on your site due to email delivery degradation.

    I have searched your knowledge base for help and it says I need to contact you to review my case and reactivate my service.

    Can you help me?
