Email Delivery Error (Intermittent)

    Hello,

    Using WP MAIL SMTP Pro with Amazon SES setup. Noticed that some automated WooCommerce order confirmation emails fail to send, and I see this error message from WP MAIL SMTP Pro:

    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR:?the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.2.1 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:
    Mailer: Amazon SES
    {“curl”:true,”code”:6,”message”:”getaddrinfo() thread failed to start\n”}
    Please review your WP Mail SMTP settings in?plugin admin area. Consider running an email test after fixing it.

    Each time I see this, I run a test email and delivery is perfectly fine. I’m unsure as to what might be causing this, or where I can look to debug this. Any help on this urgent matter would be greatly appreciated.

    For the support with the Pro version of the plugin, please contact our support team by logging into your WP Mail SMTP account. We are not able to provide support for pro version in this forum.

    The cURL error 6 usually indicates that the cURL can’t resolve the hostname and it happens whenever there is a problem with the DNS server.
