    Hi

    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: WP Mail SMTP plugin logged this error during the last time

    I have setup smtp2go.com email for outgoing emails.

    And using mail.smtp2go.com in the setting for plugin
    Added in correct Username and Password

    It won’t authenticate .. and complete.

    My settings are 25 with No SSL and Username & Password set are correct.
    Not sure what else to check here ?

    I have setup the settings in Outlook to test the credentials above and they work for outgoing emails, so assume it should work through the plugin also ?

    Is your plugin compatible to use smtp2go.com as an outgoing email in WordPress plugin **
    Using OTHER SMTP as setting…

    Need to know for a client urgently.

    I use another plugin to monitor Mail logging and says successful, but it never arrives …

    When you get a chance, could you please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Email Test? Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log. This will give us an idea of what might be going on.

    You can possibly try with TLS encryption and port 587?

    Hi @kristinubute,

    Thanks for reaching out. When you’re sending a test email from WP Mail SMTP -> Settings -> Email Test area, you should be able to see the full error log (if you’re having any issues). Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log. This will provide you an idea of what might be going on.

    Then you can get in touch with your hosting support with the full error log and they should be able to resolve it for you. In most cases, it could be your server’s Firewall or ModSecurity rules are blocking your SMTP connection requests.
