    Hi David,

Just to clarify, the tests submitting to the form are going through to the associated list, but the emails are not being sent to notify of the signup.

How are you entering them in, in the field. They should be getting separated by a comma. You can obfuscate the actual value parts if you want to show an example of what you’ve entered.

    Hi team,

I did a 3 tests with different emails; one of the test with 2 emails separate with comma, the other test is with one email and the last test was with input blank in order to the email send to the admin email but none of the test came to the email. It will be to Do I need to install to another plugin such as smtp email to setting up the form.

    Thanks for your support.

    Best regards.

Definitely possible you may need to set up an SMTP email configuration for your site. Assuming the code in our plugin is reaching the point where it should be notifying via email, once we’re past that point, it’s up to the server to handle the rest. We are not going to have any way to verify and guarantee that emails are actually received. That said, it does sound like it’s at that end of things more than from our plugin at the moment, since none of them appear to be working.
