Hey, I have 2 languages on my site, one is English and another is Hebrew.
I am using WPML for translating. The translation itself is perfect, the problem is that when an woocommerce email is sent in Hebrew, the direction of the email is still LTR instead of RTL. I know that according to your coding, it should recognize the Hebrew language as RTL and change the direction of the email accordingly but for some reason it doesn’t happen.

    Any help please?

    Hi @sponser1

It’s great to know that the translation is working well for your site. However, I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with the email direction when WooCommerce sends an email in Hebrew.

Can you please confirm if the issue happens with the Storefront theme? Some themes may not fully support RTL, which could be causing this issue.

In the meantime, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment.

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerceStatus. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerceStatusLogs.

    Looking forward to your response!
