Email discussion List (NOT newsletter) plugin

  • I’m searching for a way to set up an email discussion list, which contains all the registered users on my site.
    On my webspace Mojado is preinstalled, but I guess there is no way to fill it with the email-adresses of my WordPress-users. Especially no way they could unsubscribe from that list.

    The only things I found are two really old threads about it here on the forum

    I already tried your plugin and it seems a nice newsletter-plugin, but I can’t find the possibility to create a discussion list.
    Maybe I was unclear in my question:
    I want to create a list, let’s say I call it GROUP1 and fill it with all my WP-users. Then I create an email-adress, let’s say [email protected]. If now someone sends an email to [email protected] everybody in GROUP1 will become this email. Like some old-school-email-chat.
    I can create this email-adress, but I have to fill the list by hand. And I would love, if everybody on the list COULD UNSUBSCRIBE if they like too.

    Thanks for precising. You’re looking for a feature like Yahoo Groups (or some similar name), or somewhat like Google Groups.

    As far as I know, there isn’t a plugin that offers that feature for WordPress.

    We used google groups before, but I’m not a big fan of sharing my emails with google and the subscription and unsubscription couldn’t get managed from the website either. I guess there is no plugin like this.
    But thank you for answering and your time.

    Bumping this up to see if any other readers might have an option. I’m desperately looking for the same thing. Unfortunately, discussion list software options with a digest mode are few and far between ??
