Hey internetmix,
Thanks for reaching out!
Sorry to hear you’re having issues with email deliverability. This is becoming a fairly common issue.
The way to resolve these deliverability issues is to configure WordPress to send authenticated emails. Essentially, that means installing and configuring a plugin on your WordPress site that tells it to send emails authenticated instead of anonymously.
We have an article (https://wpforms.com/send-emails-wordpress-using-smtp-step-step/#usinggmailsmtp) that has more information about doing that, with links to several different methods. Specifically, our recommendations are:
1. Sending using Gmail/Google Apps via SMTP – Simple method using SMTP. (https://wpforms.com/3-steps-to-use-gmail-to-send-wordpress-emails/)
2. Sending using SendGrid service – SendGrid is a quick setup and be done in about 5-10 minutes. SendGrid is free to use for sending up to 3,000 emails each month, which accommodates most users. (https://wpforms.com/fix-wordpress-email-notifications-with-sendgrid/)
3. WP Mail SMTP plugin – If your email account/service provides 3rd party SMTP support (most do) then it can be configured using this plugin. (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/)
WPBeginner also has a great guide (https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-not-sending-email-issue/) with more details on the issue as well as other great alternatives.
Hope that helps, and I apologize for the trouble. ??
