Email doesn’t go through when multiple downloads selected

  • Hi guys! I was wondering if someone could help me with this:

    I created a form here: https://www.galavantacollection.com/webinars-2 (the last form at the bottom of the page)
    where users can select a file to download. It works perfect when the user selects only one file (Ive set it up as an email with attachments in it) but if you select more than one, the email never arrives. Does anyone know why this happens?

    I also tried setting it up with download links instead of attachments, and in this case the email does go through but it displays an ugly list of URLs instead of the filenames.

    Any help is appreciated, thank you guys ??
