Email doesn’t send

    When I try to send a link the download wheel just keeps on spinning. The form doesn’t send an email. It just spins forever. I don’t have a caching plug-in installed. All my other forms work perfectly.

    Please help.

  • I have the same issue with the plugin. Please help

    With me it’s the way it works on desktop, but on mobile totally not.The circle is spinning around.

    Hi @nicodeluxe,

    It looks like the image in your email content is not accessible. If you delete this image and add it again it should work. Please make sure your image file is present at the given location.
