Email doesn’t work as advertised

We have the free version, but the mail function doesn’t work as advertised. Does it work normal with the premium version?
We use it with the multi vendor plugin, but when an vendor ships an order he/she get’s an email in their mailbox with the trackingcode.
Instead of the customer. It’s an duplicate from the first mail (new customer order, only in this second mail there’s tracking details, has the comission and earnings filled instead of the – in the first mail and has another order number, we use WooCommerce Sequential Order Numbers Pro and the first mail has ordernumber 1559, second mail with tracking details etc has 000037, as we set up in Sequential Order Numbers Pro plugin)If a customers order a item directly from us, the same problem. Customer doesn’t get an email. Even we don’t get an email them with tracking info. Only we get the normal email with all the order details (new customer order email).
Normally you would think that it’s an separate email which is send to the customer. “Your order has been picked up by …L on … Your track code is ….” instead of sending duplicates with some extra info to the vendor and not even the customer. How should they now?
