email don’t send

  • Hi,
    I’m french and my site is https://www.garemoi.com

    i have installed your plugin since few months and all was ok.
    I arrived to send email with your plugin on my page “contact”

    But since few days i can’t send email.
    I have this error “Désolé, un problème est survenu et votre message n’a pu être envoyé”.

    perhaps the problem come that your plugin is not compatible with my version of wordpress 4.7.5
    could you see what is the problem?

    It looks as if something has changed on your host server, so check with them.

    Also I thoroughly recommend using the sendgrid service instead of your hosts email service. It has a nice WP plugin that you can install so that all mail you send from WP including mail sent from this plugin goes via that service.
