• Hello, I’ve been using this plugin on this site for couple months and it works great. Recently however I made an update to the staff page linked. Basically it was using a URL field (on a 3rd party directory plugin “Business Directory“), and I swapped it to be a text field with URL validation. When it was a URL field it worked perfectly, but once I swapped it it stopped working. It is still working across the site, just not on this one specific page.

    Wondering if anyone has used these plugins together and had a similar issue? Or if you anyone on the support team could give me some recommendations of items to check.

    Hello @stremel,

    Try toggling the option: WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings → Use the output buffer. Clear the site cache. Did that help?

    Hello, sorry for delayed response. Unfortunately that setting does not fix the issue, I already had that enabled, I did just try toggle off and back on but didn’t do the trick.
