Email end up in spam filter

Hi

I have used Mailpoet for some time, and the sending service (free) as well, but lately I have had some questions why I don’t send email any longer. of those I have spoke with they tells me that the Mailpoet mail end up in spam filter mail box.
This has escalated in the last 2 weeks, as nothing has been changed from my side has anything changed at the Sending Service ?
