Email entered and click subscribe but nothing happens

  • Hi, this plugin seems to work fine for some users, but others are entering their details and clicking subscribe, but then nothing happens. Can you help me figure out why?

    Currently, we haven’t ever caught any cases the plugin not sending the coupon email. So it is hard for us to detect this problem.

    That’s a shame as I would really like to get this resolved. Could you let me know if there are any conflicts with any other plugins?
