Email Entry Field Not Disappearing

So far, great plugin. However, we are getting multiple entries and responses to our quizzes because the email entry field isn’t removed after the user enters his/her email and moves to the next question. If they hit ‘enter’ once into the quiz, it reverts to question 1 and the current progress is lost. Any resolution to this?
