The mandatory email field doesnt show on the checkout page to logged out users so they cannot checkout. So they cannot checkout out as they cannot enter an email address. I am running WordPress with the Woocommerce plugin. When I am logged into WordPress I can see all the fields, as well as when I view the page in the WordPress editor. Hoping someone can assist.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lloyddjk,

I understand you’re having an issue with the mandatory email field not showing up on the checkout page for logged-out users. This is indeed crucial for your customers to be able to complete their purchases.

This issue might be due to a conflict with your theme or another plugin. To diagnose, try switching to a default WordPress theme and disable all other plugins except WooCommerce to see if the problem persists. You can find detailed steps to run a conflict test here: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If the problem is resolved, you can then enable your theme and plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please provide us with more details about your site setup, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, then paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

We look forward to assisting you further.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
