    Hi there,

I have been using your plugin for a while now, and everything had been working very well. However, it seems that people’s email addresses are no longer being registered, meaning that all abandoned carts are just showing up as “visitor”, and no email is sent as such. I have tested it on chrome and firefox in normal windows and incognito windows and with 2 different email addresses, but still my test order has just been showing up as “visitor”.

Do you have any idea what could be going on there?

Wordpress, Woocommerce and all plugins/translations are up to date.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi,

Thank you for your detailed explanation of the issue which you faced.

I have checked your site and noticed that checkout page has three fields- First name and Last name and Email address. I entered an email address in the Email Address field but AJAX has not called on the site for capturing the email address.

Could you please let me know which plugin you are using for the checkout page? So, I can try to replicate the same at our end.

    Regards,

    Hi Chetna,

Thank you very much for your reply.

We use WooCommere MultiStep Chekcout Wizard by Kole Roy and Woo Checkout Field Editor Pro by ThemeHiGH

    Hope this helps!

    Hi,

I have tested our plugin with “Woo Checkout Field Editor Pro” plugin on my staging server. But unfortunately, I could not able to replicate the same. On my staging site, Abandoned Carts are being captured from the checkout page for the guest user once I had entered an email address on the checkout page and leave the site.

I could not able to test the plugin with the “WooCommere MultiStep Checkout Wizard” plugin. As we do not have the same plugin and it is the premium plugin.

Could you kindly drop your email on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” where we can more communicate on it?

    Regards,
