    Hi Support Team,

We have just installed the MailPoet plugin for our WordPress.com site.

We found that neither the “Email Followers” or “Followers” (which appears to be users of WordPress.com who subscribe using their WordPress accounts) have sync’d with the lists in MailPoet. We tried “Force Sync” several times but no change.

We imported the email followers list manually and have succeeded in sending the first post notification, however, having switched off JetPack Subscription, our “Followers” from WordPress accounts are not receiving any notification and is no way to export this list.

Can you please help sync both the WordPress Follower lists to the MailPoet Plugin.

    Thanks in advance,

  • Hi @mainlymiles,

Followers from JetPack Subscription won’t be synced with MailPoet 3 plugin automatically.

Please note the WordPress Users list automatically adds WordPress Users from your own website. It doesn’t refer to followers with a WordPress.com account or users from other websites.

You can export these JetPack subscribers by clicking on the ‘Download all email-only followers as CSV’ link in JetPack > Site Stats > My Followers and then import them to a MailPoet 3 list:

    Thanks!
