How did you send the images? I don’t see them on this thread.

It is telling me to add the images to an image block when I try to attach them to this thread but I am unsure how to do that?

To add photos to the image block in WordPress forums, uploading them directly is not allowed. However, you can upload your desired image to an image board of your preference and use the image URL instead. Click the blue “+” icon, choose the image, and insert the URL in the image block.

The link you provided didn’t grant me access to the document. You need to ensure that anyone with the link can access the image. Google Drive should let you share the image with anyone that clicks a link.

I have updated the access and you should now be able to view the link from before. Please let me know if there are still any issues.

Thank you for the image. It looks like you’re referring to the Green line above the image. Unfortunately, I can’t recreate the layout on my test site to help determine CSS. What settings did you use to make the green bar above the image? What does the email look like in other email clients? Email clients will interpret CSS how they see fit. Unfortunately, this means there can be inconsistency in appearance beyond the server’s control.

So I have to go to Woocommerce>setting>email customizer. From there, I go to container>container width. Email clients? Are you also able to see the long width of color at the bottom of the email as well (for the phone version)? Would it be easier to give you access to investigate more?

Thank you for clarifying that you’re using the content border. I added a yellow border to the top of my content, and everything looked as expected in Gmail. The problem might only occur through Yahoo Mail. Have you tried receiving test emails through different email clients? I wouldn’t ask for access to your site here. It does appear to only be a problem with Yahoo mail. I have sent the email to other client emails and the same issues occurs. I did reach out to them, thank you!
