• This issue seems to have started during the previous update. I’m currently using 3.0.4 and it’s still occurring. Order notification emails to both me and my customers have formatting issues, which differ slightly, based on the payment method:

    Amazon payments: No customer bill-to or ship-to info – areas are totally blank

    Paypal: No name under “You have received an order from..”. No billing address

    Credit/debit: Add-ons ordered with items are displayed twice. Once at the top of the “Product” column (before the SKU) and again after the SKU

    I’ve disabled/enabled plugins and it hasn’t corrected the problem. I’m using the Avada theme, which overrides the following templates:
    Avada/woocommerce/cart/cart.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/checkout/form-pay.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/checkout/review-order.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/loop/loop-start.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variation-add-to-cart-button.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/single-product/short-description.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/additional-information.php,
    Avada/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/description.php

    It was necessary for me to copy to Woocommerce file “variable.php”, though, as the Woocommerce status page indicated that the Avada file was outdated.

    Looks like this was a problem with the theme. Avada released a patch entitled “WooCommerce 3.0.4 maintenance patch for template override update.” that seems to have corrected the issue. I’ll update and mark as resolved once I confirm as much.

    Well, the issue is still not corrected.

    It should be noted that customers placing “Amazon” orders don’t even receive an email (I installed a mail logging plugin). If I use the back end to send new order and “processing” emails, the customer email does get sent and I receive an email with the missing fields populated.

    The link you provided above doesn’t work. By the way, on many plugins (such as this one), when I click the “view details” link on the plugin, I get the following message: “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

    Some searching on GitHub led me to a page for the plugin that mentions these files:
    var/log/amazonpayments/apa_exception.log
    var/log/amazonpayments/apa_api.log
    var/log/amazonpayments/apa_ipn.log
    …but I can’t seem to locate them.

    I can send you ftp and login credentials….?
