Email formatting issues – vary with payment method

This issue seems to have started during the previous update. I’m currently using 3.0.4 and it’s still occurring. Order notification emails to both me and my customers have formatting issues, which differ slightly, based on the payment method:
Amazon payments: No customer bill-to or ship-to info – areas are totally blank
Paypal: No name under “You have received an order from..”. No billing address
Credit/debit: Add-ons ordered with items are displayed twice. Once at the top of the “Product” column (before the SKU) and again after the SKU
I’ve disabled/enabled plugins and it hasn’t corrected the problem. I’m using the Avada theme, which overrides the following templates:

Avada/woocommerce/checkout/review-order.php,
Avada/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php,

Avada/woocommerce/single-product/tabs/description.phpIt was necessary for me to copy to Woocommerce file “variable.php”, though, as the Woocommerce status page indicated that the Avada file was outdated.
