Email Formatting with line breaks

Hi there,

I have conditional fields set up so that if a user selects a category with a checkbox the text field for that category appears below which can be populated.

I ask my clients to fill out the newly appeared text file with “Business Name, phone number”. If they wish to add more than one entry (business name, phone number) they separate with a “|”.

This is fine and when the email is sent to me it is one one long paragraph of text with the separations above.

How can I format the email I receive to place a line break in every time the user inserts the “|” character and a tab character every time they put in a comma? This is so when I receive the email I can easily copy and paste the information – saving sooo much time.
