• Dear support,

    For our website, we are using ContactForm 7. After receiving a form, we send it to both Gmail and Outlook365. The confirmation email is received correctly on Gmail, but we are not receiving anything on Outlook365. The email does not end up in Spam or Junk either.

    How can we resolve this issue, so that the email is also received at the email address within Outlook365?
