Email “From” name

    Hi everyone,
    I am not sure where this question belongs. I have USP Pro running on 2 sites, with all the settings set exactly the same. I made a contact form for each site, exactly the same. Now, with all this being exactly the same, I can only presume that my problem is more either theme or WP related.
    When I put through a test contact on one site, the email alert arrives showing the name of the “Contact” as the sender hyperlinked with the appropriate sender’s email address. However, when I put through a test contact on the other site, the email alert arrives showing “WordPress” as the sender name even though the hyperlink is the email address of the contact. Can anybody please explain why I can’t get the second site to display the contact name? Thanks.

    Hello gayle1,

    I don’t think this is WordPress Related issue. Might be there has to be some setting which is missed.

    As, you’re using a commercial theme, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

    Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
