• Hello support team,
    All email sent to customers from the website are getting saved in admin email sent items ?? Any sales email or any email triggered via WordPress or woocommerce are saved in sent items. Hope can I not save that?

    What is that? how can i get that “Post SMTP diagnostics log”??

    Hi @bhagwandada,

    If you go into Post SMTP > Post SMTP, then on the right hand section you will find Diagnostic Test under the heading Troubleshooting.

    Hi @bhagwandada,

    Your set up looks correct on paper – are you having problems only with WooCommerce emails, or all WordPress emails?

    Please take a look at the session log for the failed emails too, and see if there are any clues.

    If you can paste it here, please do – but you must omit all private information before posting. The session log may contain server credentials, so it is important you redact them first.

    All emails triggered from the website, one copy is saved in “SENT” items and that is the only problem.

    Thanks for the feedback – I’ve not heard of this before, though it does sound similar to the issues with the 365 API extension we have separately.
