Not sure if this is the right place for this type of question because it involves this site as a whole.

I run my own email server and have many rules over the years to block spam. I also subscribe to several blocklists too. It seems apparent that I’m not receiving any emails from www.ads-software.com Otto can attest to this as we had issues when I had my login email wrong some time back. I know I do not have www.ads-software.com blocked in any rules directly. (Or at least I never specifically created a rule to do such)

I would like to know the header info that that happens as a result of this syste, (what www.ads-software.com uses or perhaps third party) to send notifications and such so I can track down why it is I am not receiving any if either by my own rules or some blocklist database.

*Selecting “Notify me of follow-up posts via email” is not an option if emails are blocked

I thank you for the response Chris and the time it took for you to do this. Much appreciated.
Ironic, I got the email notice for this response (First one!! Finally) Go figure as it was the lack of said email notices for the very reason of this post.
I know the domain names weren’t blocked, perhaps their was an issue in the past with an ip?!? That said, is working now ??

    Thanks again!!

I also have a question that involves email and I am not sure where to look. We are the local office for the musician’s union. We have switched to WordPress so that we can control content. It was set up as a member site so when our members log in they can access particular information that does not need to be public. The public side serves as a way for people to find private teachers, hire groups, etc. We love that our members now control their own profile information but our membership director would really like to receive an email that alerts them to when a member makes a change to their profile. The membership director needs to keep the membership information current in their records as well as updating the national office records. Is this type of email possible??
