    Hello, now the email is going to a black hole. I don’t know where it is going. Anyone out there to give me any advice???

    For your question, it sounds like something is interfering, perhaps another plugin, custom script, or maybe the active theme.. from the sound of it there could also be an issue with the email address, as the plugin isn’t responsible for how sent email is received — that happens in your email account (like gmail, etc.).

    thanks for the response. It was not another plugin it was the email as you said. Problem on the server but all sorted now.
