• Hello. I am a rookie in need of some help. I have tried posting this problem elsewhere, but have not gotten an answer. If I am breaking any rules by posting here, I greatly apologize. I mean no offense.

    When an order is placed, my customer is not getting an email (download instructions for digital product etc.). But I am. I get an email saying there was an order placed, but it also includes the email that I want to go to the customer.

    I am using some customized emails through Woo Custom Email plugin.

    I have read the help guide provided in this forum and done the following:

    – changed to plain text
    – enabled order processing email
    – ensured my email is not a gmail address, but one from my site

    Please help. I greatly appreciate it.
