Email hyphen issues

    Hello,

    since a few days ago, every time I include some dash (-) in the collection titles, in the subject of the email appears &#8211 ; instead of the dash.

    &#8211 ; is the unicode value for the en dash (–) and not for the hyphen, so I don’t understand what is happening.

    yes, sorry for that.

    We just released picu 1.7.1, which should resolve this issue.

    Please update picu to the latest version.

    Let us know if you are still experiencing any issues after that.

    Hi @gustavoglez,

    please go to “picu > Settings > Debug Info” and send the contents of this page to [email protected]. That might help us to figure out what is causing the issue.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    Looks like we missed this error in the approval mails (the ones that you as a photographer get, when a client approves a collection).

    We just found what was causing this, and it will be fixed in the next version which we release very soon!

    If you should see this in any other emails other than the approval emails (or it should persist after the next upgrade), please let us know again!
