Email in english

  • Hi there,

    After update WP, Woocomemrce, polylang, etc.. emails are send just in English. Translation failed.. Do you have any idea how to fix this? thanks in advance!

    including the information requested and specifically the language environment:

    What are the languages enabled in Polylang and which is the default language eg in: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mlang which Locales are listed and which is starred (the default)
    What is the site language in WordPress, Settings, General, eg: /wp-admin/options-general.php
    What is the user language of the admin user, as set in /wp-admin/profile.php

    and then in relation to the specific issue:
    – which email is sent in English only?
    – does this happen on the front end or in admin? – how and from which screen is the order being triggered? (there are several, eg on checkout, orders list, order detail etc)
