    Hi,

    Having issues getting my webpage email set up when replying to an email sent from my webpage contact form. Webpage contact form was not working at all as I didn’t receive any test email messages. Also, at first, I could send new emails from my website email, but not receive any…now can receive.

    Now receive them, but when attempting to reply, my website email shows up in the “reply to” box. Plus, if I enter the sender email that was on the contact form and try to send, it sends that way but the email body looks terrible.

    Can anyone please help as have been messing with this for 8 hours.

    Which contact form plugin are you using on your website? The contact form plugin that is added when installing starte content with our Inspirations plugin is weForms, and if that is one you are using then the best way to get the help you need is to get in touch with them. weForms has a dedicated support team that monitors their plugin on the WordPress forums and you can get in touch with them directly at the following address:

    Hi Joseph,

    I honestly don’t know which which plug in I’m using. I created an email account for my website in cPanel.Then added a contact page to my site, and added a contact form to that page using boldgrid.

    I was having issues with it and was told to install a plug in, so did. I think it’s WP Mail SMTP as I receive an email when I send a test from there. But when I log into my my webmail it says roundcube.

    Also, I just now went to log into my webmail and a notice came up saying “The security token is missing from your request”.
