    The Support Team reached out and was able to resolve my problem very quickly.

    The download form of the plugin was wrapped by another form of the plugin Email Download Link and the HTML code of the plugin has been changed. I just deleted the whole thing and then reinstalled it again.

    Problem was solved and the plugin workes really well. I am very happy with it.
